DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Collect project information and make PPTs to introduce the company's project to the bank in order to obtain a loan.
Interfacing with various departments to collect all the information required for bank loan approval.
Responsible for all pre-loan due diligence.
Negotiate terms of loans and other financial transactions with lenders and other parties to ensure the best interest for the Company.
Review loan agreements and other financial documents.
Cooperate in completing the conditions for drawdown after loan signing.
Responsible for the post-loan management, including principles and interest payment, all condition subsequent, and other bank’s requirement.
Maintaining existing banking relationships and developing new ones.
Regular reviews to optimize the original bank loan structure.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting Fluent in English and Mandarin Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills Excellent team player and ability to work independently as well Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
