DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Lead the customer service team to ensure that customer complaints and requests are handled quickly, professionally, and satisfactorily. • Develop and implement efficient customer service SOPs that are oriented towards customer satisfaction. • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the customer care team based on KPI (response time, resolution rate, CSAT). • Coordinate with the technical, billing, and provisioning teams to resolve customer issues comprehensively. • Develop strategies to improve service quality based on customer interaction feedback and trends. • Manage the training and development of the customer service team to improve productivity and service quality. • Prepare monthly reports on customer issues, complaint trends, and customer satisfaction levels to management.
REQUIREMENT

Education: • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Communication, Management, Business Administration, or related field. • Additional education in customer service, operational management, or CRM is an added advantage. Work Experience: • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position. • Preferably have experience in the Multi Level Marketing (MLM) industry, or banking and Digital services. • Accustomed to managing customer care teams, call centers, and customer technical support. • Experienced using CRM systems and customer service platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.). • Excellent interpersonal communication skills. • Patient, thorough, empathetic, and able to handle difficult situations calmly. • Result-oriented and customer satisfaction. • Able to make work process improvements based on data and customer analysis
