DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Designing and implementing Performance Management System (PMS). Developing employee talents and skills (Talent Management). Conducting Human Asset Value Mapping analysis. Coordinating employee assessments. Identifying competency gaps for each position. Designing Individual Development Programs based on identified competency gaps.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Maximum age: 30 years old. Fresh graduates with strong learning ability are encouraged to apply. Neat and professional appearance. Strong business acumen, willing to learn about business. Good understanding of job roles and work processes. Adaptive, analytical thinking, and excellent administrative skills. Proficiency in Google Sheets and related tools.
