Ensure skincare products are stored correctly according to quality standards and applicable regulations (e.g., temperature, humidity, etc.). Organize separate shipments and distribution for B2B and B2C with appropriate priorities. Ensure B2B shipments meet large order quantities, while B2C and online shipments fulfill smaller and more frequent orders. Inventory Management Ensure stock levels are consistently controlled by using an integrated inventory management system to ensure accuracy across all distribution channels. Monitor stock movement, both for B2B clients and B2C consumers. Collaborate with the procurement team to plan timely stock procurement according to needs. Coordination with Internal Teams Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand market demand for B2B, B2C, and online sales. Work with the shipping team to ensure timely deliveries and products are in good condition according to the distribution channel (B2B, B2C, or Online). Provide regular reports on stock status, shipments, and product demand to ensure all teams have accurate information. Team Management and Leadership Lead, supervise, and train the warehouse team to ensure optimal performance, including efficient processing of B2B and B2C orders. Organize work schedules and task distribution effectively to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Implement performance evaluation systems for the warehouse team to ensure operational standards are met. Safety and Quality Procedures Implementation Ensure the strict implementation of safety procedures in the warehouse, including the management of chemicals or sensitive products. Supervise the quality of incoming and outgoing skincare products, ensuring no damaged or expired products are sent to customers. Manage the quality control system to ensure products continue to meet high standards in accordance with regulations. Process Optimization and Efficiency Identify and implement new processes to improve warehouse management efficiency, including processing B2B, B2C, and online orders. Enhance the use of technologies such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to improve stock accuracy and reduce shipping errors. Perform analyses to find solutions for addressing bottlenecks or obstacles in the goods distribution flow. Reporting and Analysis Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports regarding warehouse activities and distribution for B2B, B2C, and online sales. Identify trends and needs based on these reports to anticipate demand fluctuations and manage stock more effectively. Provide recommendations to management on improvements to warehouse operations and distribution processes. Conduct periodic internal audits in collaboration with relevant departments. Coordination with External Parties Interact with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries for both B2B and B2C shipments. Maintain good relationships with B2B clients to ensure product needs and deliveries meet expectations.
