DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify and evaluate potential Merger & Acquisition opportunities Conduct detailed due diligence on different aspects of target companies Perform financial models / valuations for investment decisions (e.g. feasibility study of new investment/expansion projects, and merger & acquisition) and other purposes such as capital raising. Develop and present detailed business cases and investment proposals to senior management and Stakeholders. Lead negotiations and manage the entire M&A process, from initial contact through to closing. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities Monitor and report on the performance of acquired assets to ensure alignment with strategic objectives Lead and achieve revenue targets, monitoring sales performance, and implement strategies to drive sales growth. Lead and oversee the implementation of process improvement projects (continuous improvement).
REQUIREMENT

Minimum S-1 in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering from reputable university (UI, UGM, UNPAD, etc). Master degree is preferred. Age 35 to 45 years old. Preferably holds certifications such as Six Sigma, PMP, or Strategic Planning Professional (SPP) Having minimum 5 years experience as Business Development & Merger Acquisition roles. Strong financial modeling ability, analytical skills, understanding of commercial business model & portfolio management principles. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Having Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to be place at Jakarta.
