Strong leadership in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, execution, and team collaboration. In-depth knowledge of video systems, data analytics, big data, and AI-based solutions. Extensive expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), including infrastructure design, security, and cost optimization. Experience designing cloud-native solutions with a focus on scalability, resilience, and efficiency. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, quality assurance, testing, and commissioning processes. Exceptional ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with senior executives. Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior team members, fostering growth and collaboration. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a range of audiences from technical teams to C-level stakeholders.
