DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist customers via WhatsApp until closing (leads) Handle customer complaints through WhatsApp Record orders and customer data Follow up with customers who have not made a purchase Build good relationships with customers Explain products to customers Follow-ups, upselling and cross-selling to customers Offer new products to customers Send daily shipping receipts to customers Resolve problematic orders
REQUIREMENT

Male/Female, aged 20 – 35 years Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) to Diploma (D3) Tech-savvy Has an interest in cats Knowledge about cats is a plus Highly motivated Willing to work under pressure Have a strong verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to multitask Capable of resolving conflicts and turning negative interactions into positive ones to maintain customer satisfaction Maintain a positive and friendly attitude
