REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree or equivalent Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in sales operations, business coordination, or executive support within a multinational environment. Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/CRM tools. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work under pressure, multitask across priorities, and support senior executives with discretion and professionalism. What You Will Do Sales Generation & Target Achievement Partner with the sales team to track, monitor, and drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders, maintaining data integrity across systems. Review sales forecasts against backlog to validate order coverage and flag potential revenue leakage, particularly for dual-sourced products. Sales Operations & Support Consolidate and analyze sales data to generate reports and insights for strategic decision-making. Coordinate and execute regular sales meetings, including agenda setting and follow-up tracking. Support day-to-day sales operations, including PO processing, internal purchasing (e.g., customer souvenirs), and documentation management. Manage preparation of sales presentations, team forecasts, and business review decks. Plan and execute internal and external sales events, such as trade shows, customer engagements, and team-building activities. Onboard new sales team members and ensure smooth integration into processes and systems. Provide ad-hoc support for various sales initiatives and special projects. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers through in-depth knowledge of client needs and Nexperia’s operations. Act as a key point of contact for APAC sales-related inquiries and cross-regional communication. Facilitate seamless collaboration between the Asia sales team and global counterparts. Executive Support & Administrative Excellence Provide high-level administrative support to the Sales VP, including calendar management, document preparation, and internal/external correspondence. Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events — handling logistics such as venue booking, catering, technical setup, and material preparation. Prepare detailed agendas, take accurate meeting minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. Manage complex international and domestic travel arrangements, including visas, accommodations, transportation, and itinerary planning. Support executive-level ad-hoc requests such as managing personal appointments, vehicle leasing, and regional travel logistics. Handle visitor-related logistics including hotel bookings, transportation, and China-entry applications. Ensure timely coordination of cross-functional requirements related to regional business operations.
