DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs.
Analyze market data to uncover new business opportunities and develop actionable insights
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, distributors, and industry partners.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
Identify and target potential clients in manufacturing, heavy industry, and energy sectors.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and new opportunities.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in industrial B2B sales, preferably in lubrication, thermal fluids, or technical products. Familiarity with industrial processes involving heating, cooling, or lubrication systems. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Able to travel frequently for client visits and site assessments. Willing to undergo around a month training to headcount the China office to learn and understand the business and products
