DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote the company's FMCG products in the Bandung region Manage and nurture relationships with key retailers, distributors, and other industry stakeholders to ensure optimal product visibility and availability Analyse market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute impactful promotional campaigns and initiatives Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to the management team Mentor and train junior sales associates to enhance their skills and drive team success Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 1 years of proven experience in a sales or account management role within the FMCG industry Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of the Bandung retail landscape and distribution channels Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in data analysis and reporting Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
