DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Front line IT support for business corporation application, hardware and infrastructure. Liaising with external vendors for IT maintenance and support Responsible for the end-to-end hardware and software asset management Responsible for user account related to start of employment and end of employment. Knowledge in Operating system such as Windows & Windows server is a must. Ensure information security policies and procedures are observed and enforced, including data protection, backup and recovery. Leverage knowledge of cutting-edge technologies to optimize organizational efficiency Assist in any ad-hoc projects/assignments assigned by superior and ensure delivery within stipulated time frame. Will base at TTDI office
REQUIREMENT

Possess at least Diploma/Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent. Preferably at least one (1) year of working experience in related field. Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia both in written & communication Strong in analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving skills Candidate must possess own transport and willing to travel as and when required. Discipline and can work independently. Trustworthy team player with high integrity of confidentiality
