DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Review Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Generating financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Analyzing financial performance to identify trends, variances, and areas for cost savings.
Processing payments for vendor invoices, utility bills, and other property-related expenses.
Managing tenant billing, collecting rent, and receiving payments on time.
Reconciling accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Monitoring bank account balances and performing bank reconciliations.
Handling deposits, withdrawals, and other cash transactions.
Deliver or conduct task being requested ad hoc by the manager or direct supervisor.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum 1 year of working experience
Knowledge of Accounting and Tax, Finance Management, Budget Management, Financial Analytics
Skilled in Accurate and MYOB
Mandatory Good Communication
Good problem solving skills, including root cause analysis, problem and solution statement.
Willing to be located on Kalideres, Jakarta Barat
