DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensuring consistent internet connectivity and hardware upkeep for all users. Managing troubleshooting for IT devices. Overseeing the maintenance and monitoring of Wi-Fi access. Installing and setting up computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners. Maintaining IT assets and documentation. Addressing and resolving user IT issues.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent Minimum 2 years experience for this role Fluent in English Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other products Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues Network experience (TCP/IP, sharing, etc) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Able to work as a team or independent Willing to be placed at Bandung, Work From Office 100%
