DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Lead a team of technical and marketing personnel to produce and execute marketing Initiative (including but not limited to: Software & Control, Power and Intelligent Devices, IT/OT, Services) to achieve Order and Revenue target.
Synchronize with technology enablers (including but not limited to Rockwell, Baumer, Stratus, Prosoft, MiR) on market approach and business development strategies.
Support Sales Team to maintain and build existing customer base as well as development of new customer base to achieve business sustainability and growth.
Cordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, and production departments.
Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual reports to head departments.
Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
REQUIREMENT
University degree in Electrical and Physics Engineering.
Minimum five years or more in Automation field.
Deep knowledge about Field instrument, Autonomous, IOT and IT.
Knowledge in Industrial Automation segments : F&B, Power, PLN, water/waste water.
Proactive attitude.
High communication skills.
Team player.
English Required (spoken and written).
Driving license required.
Willing to work in Greater Jakarta Area (Jabodetabek), Banten and West Java.
