DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Developing and executing effective sales strategies to grow our customer base and increase market share Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions Identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing sales Gathering market intelligence and competitor insights to inform product development and pricing strategies Providing excellent customer service and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction Collaborating with the broader team to contribute to the overall success of the business
REQUIREMENT

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the shrimp or fish feed industry Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach Good technical understanding of shrimp and fish feed products and their applications Familiarity with the aquaculture industry and its key players and trends Bachelor Degree in a relevant field, such as Fisheries, Marine, Aquaculture, animal science or other relevant Urgently Needed : East Java, West Java, Central Java, Bali, Nusra, Sulawesi, Sumatera, Kalimantan About the role We are seeking an experienced Shrimp / Fish Feed Sales professional to join our team at PT Indonesia Evergreen Pasuruan. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers within the aquaculture industry.
