DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Administer and monitor Windows servers and client systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability Implement and maintain software patches, updates and security measures across the Microsoft server and client environment Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, minimising downtime and disruptions Provide technical support and guidance to end-users Automate and streamline IT processes and workflows to improve efficiency Collaborate with the broader IT team to identify and implement technology improvements Maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge base for the IT infrastructure
REQUIREMENT

Significant experience (8+ years) as a Windows/Microsoft Server administrator Proven expertise in the design, implementation and maintenance of Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory, Exchange, IIS, SQL Server, etc. Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, and Office 365 Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently Experience with automation tools and scripting (e.g. PowerShell, VBScript) is highly desirable A relevant technical degree or equivalent certifications (e.g. MCSA, MCSE) Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
