DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide technical support for desktop applications and hardware, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Handle all technical requirements, including troubleshooting, testing, debugging, and documentation for software and hardware. Collaborate with business teams to analyze and prioritize user requirements and support their IT needs. Partner with geographically diverse vendor teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery of solutions. Set up and maintain standards, guidelines, and procedures for IT support processes. Support day-to-day management of IT products, addressing business queries and resolving technical issues effectively.
REQUIREMENT

At least 1–2 years of IT Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support experience.
