DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oracle Peoplesoft implementation, customization, and enhancement Handle PeopleSoft HCM: Absence Management, Global Payroll, and Medical Modules Analyze user needs and its gap to system Custom functionality based on user needs Testing system Conduct User Training Making documentation (Blue Print, Functional Design, User Manual, etc) Doing support and maintenance to all functional modules Give recommendation in technical part of PeopleSoft Application, the related database and server
REQUIREMENT

Understand Business Concept or Business Flow of HCM (Human Capital Management) Having good knowledge in HRIS such a Oracle Peoplesoft Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field At least 2 years experience in designing and developing application Having good knowledge in C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET (MVC, API, Web Form), HTML, CSS, Jquery and AngularJs Having good technical knowledge in SQL Server, DB such as Store Procedure, Function, Trogger Fluent in English Having good communication and strong analytical skills Highly communicative and team player
