Human Resources:
Plan and coordinate recruitment to meet company manpower needs.
Serve as the main contact for talent acquisition, retention, and development.
Facilitate communication between the President Director, Tokyo, and company operations.
Develop HR, GA, and Legal department plans and budgets to achieve objectives.
Manage remuneration practices to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
Conduct job analysis and create training programs to enhance employee performance.
General Affairs:
Manage HR, GA, and Legal department budgets efficiently.
Coordinate with Tokyo HQ for visa-related documents.
Oversee procurement of goods and services for timely and quality delivery.
Liaise with IT vendors for company services.
Maintain personnel administration with staff support.
Legal:
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, conduct investigations, and update regulations.
Prepare and recommend company policies and procedures.
Oversee legal activities and expatriate work permits.
Draft BOD, BOC, and shareholder reports for legal compliance.
Review vendor and partner agreements.
Provide legal support to departments.
Handle annual management audit from Tokyo.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree of Psychology or Legal or Management or Industrial Technology (from reputable university).
Business Level English (written & oral).
3-5 years experience as Manager in HR, GA & Legal (from service/logistics industry is preferable).
In-depth knowledge of Labor Law and HR best Practices.
Excellent with Ms. Office: Word, Excel and Power Point.
Good Analytical skills.
Result driven and People oriented.
Certified Human Resource Manager BNSP is preferred.
Able to join ASAP.
