Helpdesk & Hotline Support Answer calls from Beauty Advisors and log tickets in the system.
Provide solutions based on user manuals and escalate issues if needed.
Offer onsite support for offline troubleshooting.
User Training Conduct Induction & Refreshment Training for Beauty Advisors.
Retail IT Support Assist in Stock Adjustments, Sales Cancellations, and Product Exchanges.
IT Asset & Network Management Manage hardware assets and handle network setup & requests.
Store IT Support to support IT needs for new store openings, temporary & pop-up stores, relocations, and closures.
Technical Skills Troubleshooting POS (Point of Sale) systems.
Knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, VPN, WiFi, firewalls).
Familiarity with Windows & macOS systems.
Experience with retail applications and hardware (PC, printers, barcode scanners, cash registers, etc.).
REQUIREMENT
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support, preferably in Retail or Beauty industry.
Knowledge of computer systems, troubleshooting, hardware, software, and networks.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in hardware asset management and network administration.
Ability to conduct basic user training on IT systems.
Willing to work under 6 Months Contract
