DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement strategic plans to establish consulting services for high-net-worth individuals Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including high-end insurance referrals, overseas education and immigration consulting, and medical recommendations Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver comprehensive consulting services Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives Provide support for Group companies as needed
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field Proven experience in business development or a similar role, preferably within the financial services or consulting industry Strong understanding of the needs and preferences of high-net-worth individuals Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Candidates with an active insurance license are preferred Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
