DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement sales strategies to promote refrigeration machines in Surabaya and surrounding areas. Identify and engage with potential customers, including industrial clients, distributors, and contractors. Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.
REQUIREMENT

Age 22-35 years old Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Machine Technic, Engineering, or a related field. Fresh graduate are welcome Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in HVAC or refrigeration equipment. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Familiarity with the Surabaya market and surrounding areas is an advantage. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both spoken and written) is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to travel within Surabaya and surrounding regions. Possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle (preferred). Basic understanding of refrigeration systems or willingness to learn technical details.
