DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors Actively promote and sell the company's diverse range of FMCG products Identify and capitalise on new sales opportunities in the local market Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales and promotional strategies Gather and analyse market intelligence to inform the company's strategic decision-making Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
REQUIREMENT

At least 2 years of experience in a sales or retail role within the FMCG industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting KPIs Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills Familiarity with the local retail landscape and distribution channels in DI Yogyakarta A team player with a results-driven mindset Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
