DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensure all PC / laptop can be used. Ensure all PC / Laptop are connected to the network. Perform maintenance and optimization of network and internet devices in accordance with the SLA Assisting the general affairs department in recommending specifications for the procurement of IT assets Make technical reports by means of documentation.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Diploma 3 on Related Field Minimum experience 3 year work in IT Technical Support Field Must Have experience in maintenance network and security. Have Proficient skill in operating and configuring network devices, namely Mikrotik Must have experience in managing server with linux operating systems. Must have knowledge about installing and configuring CCTV Devices Always open to improvement about technical support field. An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment Willing to place in Jakarta
