Manage and administer Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Teams.
Oversee and maintain Azure infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Manage and configure firewalls, ensuring network security and compliance.
Administer on-premise servers and switches, ensuring they are secure, up-to-date, and functioning efficiently.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365, Azure, firewalls, servers, and switches.
Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Collaborate with other IT team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless IT operations.
Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members.
Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
REQUIREMENT
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Possess a Microsoft cloud certification such as AZxxx
Proven experience in managing Microsoft 365 administration, including SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Teams.
Strong experience in managing Azure Infrastructure.
Possess certifications related to Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Experience in managing firewalls, on-premise servers, and switches.
