DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Identify school profiles and categorize them according to the target market profile of each product. 2. Conduct both cold and warm calls with prospective schools. 3. Send emails to school contacts to explain Quintal's product value proposition. 4. Experiment with various approaches in telesales and canvasing. 5. Schedule introductory meetings (online or offline) with the appropriate school principals, foundations, or divisions. 6. Track and report the follow-up history for each school contact. 7. Achieve the sales targets set by the company.
REQUIREMENT

1. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 2. A plus if you have at least 1–2 years of experience in either cold calling for B2B SaaS products or selling to Schools. 3. Preferably, a proven track record of exceeding targets and experience selling to managers or directors. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa and English. 5. Strong organizational and analytical skills. 6. Meticulous, and target-oriented. 7. Highly motivated and self-driven. 8. Possess a strong work ethic. 9. Willing to work in a small team environment.
