DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and enhance the overall customer experience from start to finish. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with effective and professional solutions. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met. Provide fast and responsive customer service across multiple communication channels (phone, email, social media, etc.). Analyze customer feedback and satisfaction trends to improve service quality and product offerings. Develop customer retention strategies to strengthen brand loyalty. Ensure all customer interactions reflect the company's values and vision.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer experience, customer service, or a related field. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a dynamic environment. Proficient in CRM tools and customer communication platforms. Able to work both independently and as part of a team with a customer-centric mindset. Placement in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.
