DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
● Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department & include key in the transactions into accurate system
● Check and prepare Accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, costing, inventory movement, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, & financial Statement (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Owner’s Equity Statement, Disclosure for Financial Statement & Cash Flow)
● Prepare weekly cash flow report and maintain Cash flow of the company.
● Conduct and review Audit Inventory (Stock Taking).
● Process & Perform month and year end closing timely and accurately.
● Advise management about financial control, improvement strategy, potential data leaks etc.
● Lead Continuous Improvement in internal department.
● Strengthen Internal Control in Administration.
● Setup and review Finance Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) of the company.
● Improve the quality of finance, administration and accounting process.
● Liaise with External Auditor to provide evidence data for company audited report.
● Prepare forms and manual for Finance and accounting personnel and directing their work activities.
● Communicate with external party (bank, AR from directorate general of taxes, public accountant, customer and supplier).
● Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
● Take care of scheduling jobs and delegating duties to accounting staff.
● Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENT
● Age between 35 - 45 years old
● Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting field, with professional accountancy qualification is preferred
● Bachelor’s degree in Accountant, Finance or relevant qualification and certification
● Outstanding, very good knowledge and deep understanding in accounting matters
● Able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines, also have an ability to work in a critical environment, can work as part of a team, and manage time efficiently.
● Good leadership, target-oriented with good analytical skills, firm, good disciplinary action and interpersonal skills.
● Excellent organizational, verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
● Good experience and knowledge in online Accurate system.
● Fluent in English both in speaking and writing, can communicate in Mandarin and / or Hokkien's dialect is an advantage
● Physically and spiritually healthy.
● Preferable to own vehicle and have SIM A and / or SIM C
● Domicile in Medan - North Sumatra
