DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manage the daily operations of all the HUbs through supervision of dispatcher, supervisor, leads and all hub staff
Manage HUB budget, overall financial management & planning
Regular meetings with Operation/Hub Senior Manager regarding hub operational matters
Establish & keep track hub performance report in terms of its services, productivity, efficiency & cost
Organize fidcal documents
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared towards operational excellence
Use of tactical hub planning for resources : manpower, equipment, space
Analyze issues & work with country team for corrective & preventive solutions
Lead the troubleshooting efforts from the mother hub, solving problem as they occur
Monitor and ensure all operation activities in HUB are based on SOP
Monitor and ensure full compliance of hub operational policies & processes
To ensure Hub is in conducive working environment and all Health & Safety requirement are in place
Establish communication and maintain good relationship with vendors and customers
Optimize operational system, processes and policies in support of organization's mission
Manage and increase efficiency of support functions, through improvement to each function and coordination and communication between the support and business functions
REQUIREMENT
Minimum degree or equivalent experience in Logistics or HUB Industry
At least 5 years of working experience in Logistics or HUB Industry
Excellent interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Has outstanding leadership & coordination skills and committed to get things done
Ability to manage people/staff from multiple levels
Proven ability to implemet process improvement initiative
