DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Lead the engineering department, meaning that you guide, coach and support your team of maintenance engineers.
Propagate safety-awareness by your attitude and following procedures.
Propagate that preventive maintenance is better than repairs.
Based on input from head office, you create and carry out the maintenance schedule of amusement rides and games, to perform excellent maintenance so to ensure guest safety and good care for machine.
Secure that maintenance is carried out according to SOP, IK, maintenance checklist and vendor’s ride manuals.
Ensure maximum availability of the amusement rides and games. In case of machine down time, you act resolute to ensure the machine is repaired as quick as possible, without compromising safety or standardization of the equipment.
Contribute and initiate new improvements, upgrades and procedures on fields of safety and machine uptime (maintenance), by providing feedback to Head Office.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
Knowledge about mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Proven track record of at least 1-3 years’ experience in similar role
Experience in FEC / theme park sector is a plus
Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent
