DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop competencies required to create an efficient and effective sales. Provide supervision through field visit, observation and sales target. Create monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast. Negotiate to trading term promotion activity on modern trade. Work/partner with other department/clients to develop a healthy customer relationship management. Ensure continued mutually profitable relationship. Analyze the area’s potential clients, competitors and growth. Analyzing and identify market opportunities and creating strategies for business development in oil and automotive industry.
REQUIREMENT

Maximum 40 years old. Willing to do a business trip. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (previous experience in oil and automotive) Have a nationwide business relation, good record as a professional individual. Knowledge in oil and automotive product. Solid understanding to monitor the market, including trends, products and players. Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage and achieve sales independently and proactively in a fast-paced work environment Ability and continuing desire to work under pressure, and aggressively attack tight deadlines. Strong business acumen, experience in managing screening potential business deals, sourcing partners (executive dealer), building relationship, and overseeing all aspects of collaboration, requirements, and contract negotiation
