Create quarterly and annual sales forecasts. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence Understand and stay updated about local, state and federal legislation. Build relationships with business partners.
REQUIREMENT

GM Sales B2B/OEM (Mandarin Speaker) Positions: GM Sales B2B/OEM Level: General Manager BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field Proficient in Mandarin (Reading, Writing & Speaking) Successful previous experience as a sales manager minimum 2 years Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Strong business sense and industry expertise Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills Prefer someone that experience in handling OEM product Placement: SCBD - South Jakarta
