DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist the HRD Team in developing and implementing effective HRD policies, procedures and regulations Oversee and manage employer-employee relationships Handling investigations related to HRD Compile and update employee records Assist in payroll preparation Selection and recruitment of new employees
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor of Psychology Minimal 3 years experience in recruitment and administration Well organized with a high sense of urgency Mastering Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Have a working knowledge of interviewing techniques and applicant screening Have an understanding of labor laws and regulations Understand HR management (Selection & Recruitment, Training, Performance Assessment, ETC) Have knowledge regarding the use of test equipment Willing to be placed in all work areas of PT Gaya Makmur Tractors
