DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and goal. Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support. REQUIREMENT

1-3 years of experience software development. Experienced in Banking Industry is preferable Strong proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, C#, etc Experience with software design patterns and architectural principles. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role is a plus. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Enthusiasm for staying updated on the latest technologies
