DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user devices and peripheral components including computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, projectors, and video conferencing systems Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, etc.) Coordinate, follow-up, and settle with suppliers/vendors on issues arising from hardware, software, repair, maintenance contract, and warranty claims to ensure all IT equipment is well maintained Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate computer equipment Manage and coordinate the IT requirement for online, offline, and hybrid meetings, events, and conferences
REQUIREMENT

Education At least a Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent professional qualification Knowledge and Experiences Knowledge of various concepts and principles related to information technology and IT management 1-2 years of experience in IT support or customer service Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices Familiarity with common hardware, software, and network issues Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Basic understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems Experience with remote support tools Knowledge of ticketing systems and asset management
