DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Designing, proposing, and encouraging the implementation of sales and marketing business development strategies bancassurance in achieving growth and profitable targets. Build, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with customers, markets, and business partners. Analyze customer accounts to identify potential upgrades or additional services. Collaboration with partner banks in developing sales and marketing plan. Monitor the development and competition of existing products, so that prospects can be seen to make strategies.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably from Business, Marketing Management, and related field). Familiar with general insurance concept and business. Well grooming and have a strong character. Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Full of curiosity and possess a great desire in learning something new. Able to communicate in English, as well as for presentation. Possess good analytical thinking and problem-solving skill
