Basic site infrastructure management and monitoring NetApp storage file sharing solution admin support Local application support: user account, shopfloor domain account synchronization Local application support: architecture specification maintenance and update, firewall flow matrix, coordinating with global support in case of incident. Cyber security support on local applications / local infrastructure: patching, cyber compliance status
REQUIREMENT

IT support processes: Incident management, change management, Expertise / knowledge about IT infrastructure foundations Network Firewall VM (virtual machine) Windows servers / Active Directory Knowledge on application architecture Excellent communication skills
