DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensure an ambitious target setting & monitor closely for performance. Prepare plans from customer marketing during the sales team meeting with a focus on result vs. targets set. Monitor, evaluate & track weekly and monthly primary targets and take necessary actions to achieve them. Ensure ordering (NIV) & execution to trade (STT) of all agreed promotional stocks & as per the company’s plan. Monitor operation efficiency and effectiveness
REQUIREMENT

Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any field 5 years experience in distribution/traditional/general trade experience in FMCG sales line 3 years experience as Regional Sales Manager Proactive, ambitious, self-driven, and have a strategic mindset to pursue goals Analytical and able to build a relationship Able to diplomate well Managing sales and distributions through agent and sales team Controlling sales by region, branch, and agent
