DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Make sure the distributor in line with company vision & mission. Responsible for target achievement, distribution, availability and visibility company product through local distributor partner. Making sales strategies and socialize them to the sales team. Making monthly report. Identify future and current trends that appeal to consumers. Having background in personal care or consumer goods company is preferred. Maintain distribution claim and stock.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field especially in FMCG (Personal Care) industry. Required Skill(s): Negotiation skill, Analytical thinking, Leadership, Market knowledge, Distribution management, Good interpersonal. Having experiences in GT Distribution Channels.
