DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

As part of our growing software development team in Indonesia, you will be primarily involved in: • Development of web applications & services to provide robust high availability online financial services. • Full software development lifecycles – ranging from architecture design, requirement analysis, design, coding, testing and deployment. • Developing understanding and implementation current design patterns, best practices and coding standards. • MUST be technically inclined and show a keen interest in Software Development. • Bringing forward technology ideas for continuous improvements to products and processes. • Process/procedure design and Software documentation. • Assist with recruitment matters relating to the Software Development Team
REQUIREMENT

• Strong understanding of general web development technologies, such as Jquery,CSS, Javascript, HTML, AJAX and NodeJS • Strong understanding of Java programming language (Minimum of 5 years experience of developing Java based web applications) • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. • Remain abreast of industry technical trends and software technologies. • Possess a self-starter attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Candidate MUST be proficient in English (Written and Spoken) • Must have at least 3 years experience of managing teams of software developers • Minimum 5 to 10 years experience in Software development with a proven track record Regular Travel to Singapore and other parts of Indonesia would be expected in this role
