DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Delivery the implementation and provide PC, Printer, and Networking. Analyze and diagnose technical issues and give fast problem resolution Technical documentations of hardware/software additions or changes Updates and closures of trouble tickets and service requests from user As representatives of Berca Hardayaperkasa in cities across Indonesia to answer verification calls, giving brief company profile whenever asked by customers or potential customers.
REQUIREMENT

D3/S1, good health, ready to work as soon as possible. Hardware: Desktop PC, Laptop, Printer (Multifunction Printer/MFP). Operating System and Application : Ms. Operating system and Linux. Having good analytical problem solving and customer interaction skill. Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision. Good communication skill Supporting cities all around Indonesia: Pangkal Pinang, Gorontalo, Kalimantan Utara (Bulungan), Ambon, Ternate, Jayapura, Mamuju (Sulawesi Barat), Pare-pare (Sulawesi Selatan), and Palu (Sulawesi Tengah). Freelance based with incentives provided.
