DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist in the procurement of hardware in IT infrastructure. Document the system in the lab and create a comprehensive network diagram for the lab environment. Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software and network-related issues. Develop, maintain and improve existing and new local application systems, tools and Inter & Intranet environment. Maintain and support client hardware and software environment in compliance with company standards and guidelines. Support IT Service Desk to ensure timely feedback to user's incident calls and support for users troubleshoot problems.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 1 year experience in application/data system with proven track record of running high performing application and data system environments including Web Application environment, SQL query (Database experience is a must). Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related filed. Proficient in utilizing virtualization technology, specifically Hyper-V. Technical knowledge on IT and personal computer troubleshooting with good awareness on cybersecurity. Knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
