DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage the daily operations of the mapping team, ensuring high-quality map delivery to clients. Collaborate with team leads on data analysis and reporting to support mapping initiatives. Coordinate with vendors and monitor project progress to ensure timely and accurate completion. Assist team members with the mapping process, ensuring all aspects are completed efficiently and accurately. Adhere to Grab’s confidentiality procedures and policies when collecting, storing, and sharing data. Work with cross-functional and relevant teams to drive regional mapping projects. Conduct training sessions locally and regionally, perform regular quality checks, and handle translation and transcription where applicable. Collect, monitor, and analyze large sets of geo data using proprietary software and internal tools.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Geography, or equivalent. Knowledge of open data sources like OpenStreetMap is an advantage. Knowledge in QGIS, basic SQL, Python, and advanced Excel skills. 2-3 years experience in data processing, geospatial analysis, and automation processes in a fast-paced environment. Have at least 6 years of experience in project management, cross-department communication, and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented, metrics-driven, and understands how maps influence the product and customer experience.
