DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of ERP systems. Assist in the implementation, configuration, and customization of ERP modules. Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide user support. Participate in data migration, system upgrades, and routine maintenance tasks.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Maximum age 40 years old Experience with ERP systems, preferably in a support role. Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Java. Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of business processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Placement: North Jakarta
