DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for providing technical support to end-users of accounting and inventory solution In charge of investigating, troubleshooting, and provide solutions to user as well as design, develop, test scenarios and test cases and deploy the application Take charge of troubleshooting all the hardware and software issues on virtual server, windows server, network connection Responsible for creation of all system documentation, prepare backup procedures, and ensure these are kept up to date In charge of server preventive maintenance, back-up procedures, network and PC
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in implementation & technical support of accounting or inventory software Experience with setup & maintenance of windows servers, virtual machines (HyperV, Citrix) remote desktop, router, Fortinet firewall
