DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide analysis on technical intricacy to organization in decision making on the Employee Rewards Programs
Deliver creative and innovative ideas in developing new Employee Rewards Policies and/or making continuous improvement on existing Benefit Policies
Develop, socialize, enforce, and monitor the implementation of Corporate Reward Guidelines & Policies, Collective Labor Agreement, Local Government Regulations and always consult with other related functions including but not limited to Industrial Relations, HRBP, other HR functions, Finance and Planning functions
Contribute to the safeguarding of the competitiveness of Company’ Rewards programs including the Compensation and Benefit against the Market. This includes in the market obtainment data, salary administration programs proposal approvals and implementation, and governing benefit programs policies.
Implement Salary Administration Programs which is aligned with Pay for Performance Philosophy that enables Company to achieve success of its People Strategy, enabling Company to motivate and retain its best employees, and carrying out programs which are cost effective and in efficient manner.
Contribute to the development and establishment manpower budget process for whole MSI Group
Support analysis on Rewards subjects to whole MSI Group
REQUIREMENT
Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Financial Management/Accounting, Human Resources Management, Engineering
3-7 years related experience in Employee Compensation Program or Financial/Accounting or Data modeling
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Fluency in English both writing and speaking
Excellent computer skills (MS Office with mastery in Excel)
Creative and Innovative
Able to work both independently with less supervision and as a team
