DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Plans, monitors, leads and controls all activities affecting a smooth sales operation Particularly incharge of the operational and administrative functions encompassing the formulation of the sales forecast Selling expense budget preparation and control Sales analysis Formulation and review of policies and procedures affecting the sales force and service provided to customers Ensures a proper training and development program for the field sales personnel is implemented to ensure profit and growth of the business in his / her assigned region Assists the National Sales Manager in the preparation of the strategic plans of the division
REQUIREMENT

Maximum 45 years old Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or its equivalent At least 4 years experience in managing a sales operations preferably at Area Manager level in fast moving consumer good company Leadership capabilities and good human relation, with sufficient management skill to serve as a model subordinates Common sense and mature judgement with high and aggressive business acumen Should have working knowledge of all trade sectors (MT, GT) Knowledgeable in accounting, presentation, facilitation, negotiation and interpersonal skills Placement area for: Kalimantan (homebased: Banjarmasin dan Samarinda), Sulawesi Selatan (homebased Makassar), Sumatera Selatan (homebased Palembang), Jatim (homebased Surabaya) Full-Time position(s) available
